Hot Job: Animation Coordinator for Warner Bros.

The position: Animation coordinator for Warner Bros. Entertainment Group

Location: Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Job duties: Will support the line producer, production manager and crew in all aspects of production. Prepares all necessary production materials, including tracking and organizing all materials shipped to and from outside sources and freelancers. Coordinates and books all meetings. Arranges and maintains production calendars. Tracks production scripts and coordinates writer's schedule. Will coordinate in-house crew and ensure they stay on schedule.

The company: Warner Bros. is a part of Time Warner (Stock Quote: TWX), which also runs lots of other well known companies and Web sites like Home Box Office, Time Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Cartoon Network and CNN.

Requirements: Requires advanced skills with Microsoft Office and File Maker Pro, plus basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Storyboard Pro. Experience with AfterEffects is a plus. Should have at least two years of production experience in a high-pressure television format or equivalent experience in a marketing/publicity firm. Strong office skills are a must. Should be detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must be a self-motivated team player who can work well under deadline and juggle several tasks simultaneously.
